The Community Assessment Project Report (CAP) provides a comprehensive view of the quality of life in Santa Cruz County.  It is based on credible primary data and

 

secondary data that are gathered for a series of indicatorsin six areas: Health, Economy, Education, Public Safety, the Natural Environment, and the Social Environment.

While the CAP Report is the culmination of one year’s activity, it outlines the trends over time and helps to lay the groundwork for planning and community action.
